On Tuesday we picked up Joel on his lunch break, and went to Greenfield Lake Park. We saw lots of ducks and one BIG goose.
Benjamin thought they all wanted to be friends, and tried to chase them.
Then he and Daddy went for a little walk around the lake....
....where we saw one of THESE.
Ya'll can still come and visit. We won't let the gators get you, I promise!

once, before elijah was a glimmer in our eyes, we used to ride bikes at greenfield lake and we witnessed a gator tack a baby duck. i totally booked on by and in my mind that baby duck is now one of the annoying ducks that beg for food! i do really like the playground at greenfield lake though...not so much the gators though...
