I still need to write about Ben's 4th birthday, plus a little post about Abe and all of his exploits, but posting these pictures from our recent trip to the beach is a lot easier.
I heard Ben say, "Mommy, I have something for you!" I looked up expecting to see a sea shell, but instead had a dead crab in my face. I guess that's better than a live crab? My reaction scared him so much that he immediately dropped his surprise.

I really do like to blog, but days like beach days are SO much easier than big daysinthelifeof. Maybe it's because those are SO sentimental?? Who can say? Love the pics. We have had some GREAT days for the beach, hoping they stick around without getting too hot too soon!
Erin, I agree. Thinking about writing a big birthday post stresses me out a little. Just showing the kids playing and enjoying the sunshine is much easier, and yes, more sentimental too. :)
